Our organization provides a network of programs, transportation options and educational opportunities directly to the under-served senior, disabled and economically disadvantaged population. Our programs focus on connecting seniors and those living with disabilities to life-sustaining and life enhancing resources. By increasing access to these Services our initiative is designed to reduce the healthcare disparities found in economic and transportation disadvantaged people. We are committed to find solutions for the people we serve in three key areas: wellness, transportation and education.
