To advance the professional status of County Extension Agents and state faculty with Extension appointments and to encourage and promote and provide professional improvement for all FACAA members and to provide for the exchange of ideas and methods and techniques among members and to represent the professional interests of members in matters of public policy and affairs and to promote public confidence and esteem and respect for the Florida Cooperative Extension Service and FACAA Members and as an official affiliate with the National Association of County Agricultural Agents to cooperate with the NACAA and other professional associations to further the objectives and common interests of association membership
