HOT Jazz & Alligator

The corporation was organized solely for charitable purposes and educational purposes, and more specifically for the purposes of perpetuating, preserving and advancing that cultural art form described as jazz music through charitable and educational means and activities and including, for said purposes the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organization under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code of 1954 (or the corresponding provisions of any future United States internal revenue code).
