Construction, facilitation and ongoing maintenance of buildings and equipment for physically challenged Children and young adults to assist in developing their independence and self-sufficiency in society. Such facilities are to be operated by public or private not-for-profit organizations with resources and expertise to manage them in a responsible, beneficial and fiscally prudent manner.
