The American Board of Pathology Research Foundation

The organization's primary exempt purpose is to support the activities of the American Board of Pathology, inc., a 501(c)(6) organization, by furthering Research in the areas of professional certification testing, including, but not limited to, Research concerning content, structure and administration of professional competency examinations, and to publish the results of such Research for the benefit of any interested party. Currently, the organization is inactive. In the future, the Board intends to evaluate possible strategies for the organization that may lead to new program activities to be developed within the context of the overall organization mission.
