Oso Properties Inc

The organization exists to support Harbor House of Central Florida, Inc., a section 501(c)(3) public charity, by owning, developing, and maintaining real property that advances Harbor House's mission of preventing and eliminating domestic abuse in Central Florida. Through the ownership and development of safe, stable residential housing for individuals fleeing or attempting to flee domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking, or human trafficking, the organization seeks to ensure survivors have access to secure housing and supportive services that promote safety, recovery, and long-term stability, thereby furthering the charitable purposes and beneficiaries of its supported organization.
