We seek to serve the very low to moderate income families by educating and assisting the families to become first time homebuyers. However, our services are available to all. Recipients for low to moderate income families are based on the income guidelines that are determined by hud and rual programs. Golden rule housing and community development will give back to the community by way of providing free resource and referral services and providing services below market rates. 100% of the organization's time is spent on this activity. The activity is funding by donations, mail solicitations, phone solicitations, and email solicitations.
