Raising and distributing funds for and to non-profit organizations, community based organizations, religious organizations, treatment facilities and counseling programs that assist Massachusetts union members and their families who are coping with Addiction to drugs, alcohol and/or other substances or behaviors and to otherwise provide Assistance and Relief to such persons.
