Path to jobs, inc. is a workforce development and job placement organization with a mission to provide personalized career-readiness skills training, coaching, case management, benefits counseling, support to enter/re-enter the workforce, and post-placement job retention support for people harmed by educational, employment, and economic inequity. With offices in New York City and albany, path to jobs generates economic mobility for low-income new yorkers by building a workforce of culturally competent frontline workers who reflect the communities served by New York's health and social service sectors, and by promoting health access, engagement, and better outcomes for underserved new yorkers.
