Kalamazoo Public Safety Officer Association

The primary activity of the Kalamazoo Public Safety officers' association (KPSOA) is collective bargaining on behalf of its members with their employer. KPSOA also represents its members in the enforcement of the collective bargaining agreement, including grievances. Collective bargaining is the responsibility of the bargaining committee. Representation of members in the enforcement of their rights under the collective bargaining agreement is the responsibility of the grievance committee.
