Local 137 Nicholas Signorelli SR Scholarship Fund Inc

The purpose of the organization is to operate exclusively for charitable and educational purposes; to grant scholarships to qualified dependents of members of the international union of operating engineers Local 137; to hold meetings and other activities for instruction and information on the various purposes; to accept donations of money, realproperty or other property; and to do any lawful act consistent with the organization's purposes.
