The purpose for which the corporation was formed are charitable, educational and scientific with a focus on (1) linking and funding social entreprenuers from low income countries to fundamental resources such as capital and skills they would not otherwise have access to in order to fulfill their potential and fuel their growth and (11) assist other charitable organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c) (3).
