To insure the future of the upper wind river valley's cultural and natural resources and promote economic development of the Dubois community through development of heritage tourism and public education facilities. The corporation shall foster and promote cultural and educational programs to encourage and support ecomomic development for the Dubois area and to promote and attract culturally and educationally diverse groups to the Dubois area.
