Fauquier Cadre, inc. (community alliance for drug rehabilitation and education) was established in 1989 and is a coalition of community agencies, groups and individuals who share a common concern: prevention/intervention in the area of youth substance use including tobacco, alcohol and other drugs. Cadre's message is positive. By getting involved in the lives of our youth as a community, we can give them the safety net they deserve - the chance to grow into adulthood with a sense of control over the things they face. Cadre also believes that the illegal use of tobacco, alcohol and other drugs is everyone's concern and requires a uniform response from all citizens.
