Association of Alabama Tax Administrators

To provide public officials through regularly scheduled meetings with a method of communication and association to promote and improve the administration of the ad valorem tax laws, licensure laws, and associated laws of the state of Alabama. By interaction with the Alabama department of revenue, cooperation with similar associations, and through a positive legislative presence, the ultimate goal of better serving the public with enhanced knowledge and skills for both the officials and employees is achieved.
