To provide comprehensive academic, social and behavioral training within an environment that will stress self-control and discipline. Group living arrangements and structured daily activities will be used to develop positive behavior and foster sound decision-making skills. The ultimate goal of this organization is the rehabilitation of delinquent youths. This youth services center will be a community-based residential male youth center. The center will serve as a disposition alternative for the juvenile courts.
