Our organization is a social organization that holds events related to the celebration of mardi gras. Our main event is a formal ball 2 weeksbefore mardi gras (fat tuesday). We also have several events for the members and guests during the year. All events are planned and conducted by the board of directors. All activities are conducted on the mississippi gulf coast (harrison county). One hundred percent of the organizations time is spent on these events. Theses activities are funded primarily by member dues. We also receive funding from fees for court participation and guest tickets for the annual ball. These activities further our exempt purpose by providing fellowship and enjoyment among our members, their spouses and guests.
