To institute, sponsor, establish, foster and promote education programs and research projects in the field of Pharmacy including but not limtied to career counseling and student assistance, post-graduate education, professional utilization and public health education and assistance; to ensure that the Pharmacy profession in Mississippi sustains its continuing need for competently trained pharmacists whose training is used to the fullest extent possible in providing health care services to the citizens of Mississippi
