Acts Career center provided Career readiness training, Microsoft office suite classroom computer training, provided resume writing assistance, Career resources, and job opportunities to jobseekers in the community and via the internet. Over 2000 serviced in 2015. 31 computer classes. Employer partnerships with approximately 150 companies. Purpose and programs of the organization: to promote Career and economic growth. To connect employer with qualified applicants we strive to seek out candidates with superior skill sets to best suite employers staffing needs. The Career center also creates employment opportunities via the bmbc agriculture and conservation farm project and farmers market . the project promotes health and wellness.
