Come Near Media Inc

The Organization was formerly a Christian relief organization whose functions were taken over by other nonprofits. In 2023, the Organization was essentially dormant. In 2024, the Organization was reorganized as a Christian nonprofit formed to advance the mission of Come Near, which is to invite all people one step closer to Jesus from wherever they are, via Media campaigns and channels. At the point of reorganization, the prior board resigned and was replaced. A copy of the amended and restated articles of incorporation is attached.
