The Vanderbilt Beach Residents' association inc. is a non soliciting organization with a membership of over 1,000 households in the Vanderbilt Beach area of collier county, Florida. The dues are 35 per year per member household. The exempt purpose is to encourage and promote proper development and maintenance of Vanderbilt Beach and surrounding areas as a choice residential and recreational community and to take whatever actions may be necessary to achieve that purpose; including, but not limited to, the presentation of the association's point of view to appropriate governmental or other bodies and the establishment of desirable activities to promote the general welfare of the association members. Meetings are held several times per year to inform members of the county actions of interest and to hear presentations from county officials and experts. A web site is maintained and newsletters are sent out on a regular and consistent basis.
