Women of Tomorrow Mentor and Scholarship Program Inc

Women of Tomorrow is about Women helping Women and in an initial study showed a statistically significant improvement in the self-esteem of the young girls participating. Research show that Women of Tomorrow mentees have increased self-esteem, a 92% high school graduation rate, and increased academic performance (gpa) each year they are in the Program, to a statistically significant degree. Mentees have a 95% graduate rate. Women of Tomorrow currently mentors 2,542 at-risk young Women in 116 public high schools with 42 cities in broward, miami-dade and palm beach county with its network of approximately 350 mentors. Women of Tomorrow has awarded over 3.7 Million in scholarships to 1,413 mentees. 2,542 individuals were served.
