To foster and promote the interests of individuals and entities engaged in any phase of business writing, preparing, compiling, or in any way utilizing Specifications in the Construction and allied industries. To promote improved written and drawn documentations, standards, and practices in the Construction and allied industries. To promote closer relations and cooperation amoung its members and to act as a business league in order to further the common interests and opportunities of its members.
