Abriendo Puertas Al Futuro Inc

Abriendo Puertas Al Futuro, Inc. was organized on April 29, 2009 and began operations in Bayamon, PR in June 2012 to provide a better quality of life for significantly disabled adults between the ages of 21 to 59. APFI is the first day service in PR to help eligible individuals remain in the community or return to the community, rather than be cared for in a nursing facility or a hospital setting. It strives to meet the individual's physical, social and emotional needs in a safe, homelike setting. This "Center" is based with programs that provide varieties of social, recreational, therapeutic activities, support services, and an independent living program.
