Created to engage in any and all activities directed at securing functional and healthy ecological systems for the island of Puerto Rico in order to inspire people to be stewards of nature so that shared social, economic, and quality-of-life goals may be attained and, to this end, to provide necessary and indespensible services solely to the Puerto Rico conservation trust fund.
