Tua'au Medical Services Corporation is organized exclusively for charitable purposes. It seeks to provide, expand, and promote affordable, non-governmental healthcare within the Territory of American Samoa. The Corporation's main purpose is to provide Chronic Care Management and Rehabilitation Services that augment the Services provided by Lyndon Baines Johnson and the Department of Health that focuses on preventive care management and reduction of emergency room visits through promoting a "healthier Samoa for the 21st Century". We will be providing primary care management and rehabilitation Services for the population through Chronic Care Management; Rehabilitation Services; Health Promotion Education; Nutrition Education and Support, Healthy Support Groups; Physical Fitness Programs; Telemedicine Services; Health Tourism Services; and Population Health Management.
