The purpose of the entity is to promote and provide educational and support services in the social-emotional and mental health areas. This will be achieved by developing and providing schools and their personnel with a curriculum geared at supporting emotional intelligence in the student and that includes, values, empathy, inclusion and compassion, and the teaching of healthy social-emotional practice to children, teenagers, young adults, and their families within and outside the school environment. Cadenza will provide its educational innovation strategy and curriculums consistent with the organization's purposes to the elementary and high schools operating under the Puerto Rico department of education. These activities will be carried out by Cadenza at the corresponding educational institution through independent contractors and employees. Within the limits established by section 1101.01(a)(2)(a) of the internal revenue code of Puerto Rico of 2011, as amended (pr-irc 1101.01), and th
