Secure just compensation for Firefighters services and equitable settlement of their grievances; to promote the establishment of just and reasonable working conditions; to place members of this local union on a higher plane of skill and efficiency; to promote harmonious relations between Firefighters and their employers; to affiliate with other union firefighter organizations for the common good and protection of all; to cooperate with other trade union and labor organizations; to secure passage of such laws and conditions as are beneficial to the union labor movement; to promote harmonious relations among its members.
