Maintained a library for several years that contained California history books about the development of California. It has been closed for the past few years and is in the process of liquidating its assets. The library, as well as most of the furniture and fixtures have been abandoned or donated to other non-profit entities. It is anticipated that, depending on market conditions, the securities and any remaining assets will be sold in the near future with the proceeds going to various charitable/non-profit organizations.
