The Integrative Medical Clinic Foundation (IMCF) mission is to advance wellbeing and resilience in the face of adversity in support of our partners in the California social services, healthcare, and disaster recovery sectors. We envision a future in which all individuals across California, are resilient and engaged in shaping their own wellbeing according to what matters most to them.We offer professional development training to foster staff and client wellbeing using virtual and in person sessions. Our approach is guided by evidence-based mental and behavioral research on habit formation, goal setting, and kinesthetic learning. Our goal is to provide staff with tools to support and enhance their work with clients while also boosting their own resilience. Participants in our training include: case managers, disaster service workers, community health workers/promoters, parent educators, resource navigators, and others.
