(40 organizations engaged) WRF continued to elevate the realities of arkansas's asset limited, income constrained, employed (alice) families. Through the alice champions network, WRF supported community and state leaders using data to drive action, including policy wins on tax relief and medical debt cancellation. The alice advocates coalition expanded its work to organize nonprofits around equity policy reforms impacting working families. Alice@work engaged employers to create family-friendly policies such as child care incentives. WRF also distributed alice data through reports, media, and public presentations, equipping policymakers, business leaders, and community partners with evidence to inform systemic change.
