The Grant County Industrial Development Corporation

To encourage and promote the agricultural and Industrial Development of Grant County arkansas; and in the furtherance of that purpose, acquire, use, and dispose of real and personal property, or any interest therein; to borrow money, to ensure its bond or any other obligations thereof, and to secure the payment thereof by mortgage, pledge, or deed of trust of all or any part of its property, asets, reveunes or income; and to exercise all of the general powers conferred on agricultural and Industrial corporations organized under act 404 of the 1955 arkansas legislature.
