EIN 71-0914750 · Snapshot of IRS recognition, filing currency, financial health, and governance.
Emergency housing exchange's mission:to provide temporary shelter to those in need, and also to assist in screening and referral of clients as a centralized service to local charities, social service agencies, and churches continued through september 8, 2021. During this fiscal period, the number of clients dropped to less than half of the previous year. Both the declining number of clients and inability to find more volunteer trackers determined a re-examination of ehe operations. These circumstances led to the board determining that the above activities can be handled by other providers of similar activities. The board determined to dissolve this organization and transfer funds to an appropriate 501(c)3.
