Form 990-ez, primary exempt purpose - conservation, restoration, maintenance, development and preservation of the Cultural and historical recources of the state of louisiana including, but not limited to, signifigant landmarks, structures, buildings, sites, areas, documents, manuscripts, books, records, objects of art and other memorabilia and items of various kinds; the encouragement and development of education, research and support with respect to the above mentioned items.
