Since may 2002, behavioral health inc. has been operationally dormant. For fye 09/30/2024, the taxpayer has ceased active operations. The taxpayer is a wholly-owned subsidarity of parent company, general health system (ghs). Ghs #72-0475545 is an irc section 501(c)3 organization. Ghs' board of directors and officers also serve as the directors and officers of the tax payer.
