To equip and supp0rt both experienced leaders and emerging leaders to enable them to minister more effectively, utilizing their giftedness, fulfilling their calling and developing other leaders. Primary emphasis is to minister to those leaders who lack opportunity or the ability to obtain the quality leadership training, the Support and the encouragement that they need to fulfill their ministries.
