Education Convenings: The Urban District Learning Collaborative (UDLC) and the Professional Learning Collaborative (PLC) convenings. These convenings are designed to build grantee capacity through in-person, in-depth learning sessions. UDLC supports school system leaders in advancing multi-year literacy plans with tools, coaching, and national expertise, while PLC strengthens professional learning organizations by enhancing academic systems, internal learning and evaluation, and organizational growth.
