To conduct and foster hunting dog competitions for recreation and evaluating breeding dogs for breed enhancement, promotion of conservation, especially quail reestablishment, youth involvement and education, including animal health and gun safety, and activities in connection therewith, and other similar purposes generally, and all other lawful and charitable purpose.
