Zeta CHI of Sigma Nu Home Association of Houston

Primary purpose is to provide student housing specifically to the Sigma Nu chapter at the University of Houston. This is also a nonprofit fraternal organization. Our organization handles the housing for the chapter. We lease from a private individual and sublease. We pay the expenses and manage the property so the students can focus on rent and pay a set rate.
