Harlingen Concert Association

The Harlingen Concert association was formed to build and maintain, through a non-profit plan, an ongoing Concert audience in Harlingen and its surrounding areas; to cultivate in the citizens of Harlingen and its surrounding area interest in the performing arts and to encourage the performance therein by qualified artists; to provide an opportunity for the aforementioned citizens to see and hear artistic performances in the form of concerts and recitals, of which there will be a minimum of three presented annually; and to foster and encourage public appreciation of music and the teaching of music, history of music, and music appreciation in the schools of Harlingen and its surounding areas.
