Capital Area Trial Lawyers Association

To promote the public's right of unrestricted access to the courts and jury system, to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and resources among Trial Lawyers, to educate the community about the vital role of Trial Lawyers in society, to inform the community about threats to the justice system, to respond to public attacks that threaten the justice system, and to encourage cooperation among Lawyers engaged in the furtherance of such objectives.
