The organization provides faith-based services based on the global crisis in maternal, newborn, and child health. These services include the planning, building, and support of clinics and birth centers in the philippines, and the operation of a 4-year distance education college of midwifery in the usa. The college provides both primary and continuing education for midwives, and the clinics and birth centers provide childbirth education, family support, and the direct provision of maternity healthcare services for the prenatal and postpartum periods, as well as labor and delivery and newborn care.
