In 2024, Dress for Success San Antonio served 690 unduplicated women and men. Dress for Success San Antonio targets the needs of low-income individuals through workforce development programs and services by advancing economic self-sufficiency, ensuring a community of support, and providing transformational education in order to break the chains of poverty,violence and homelessness and alleviate the need for government assistance. Workforce development programs and service offerings include the following: personal consultation and needs assessment, on-line job search, job skills training, resume preparation, mock interviewing, intense job rediness training, on-going job retention,counseling, career development, and leadership training.
