To care for and maintain the park property and entrance ways to the golfview subdivision. To provide the cleaning and maintenance of storm water retention areas and promote and develop the health, safety, common good and social welfare of the owners and residents of the subdivision. To conduct business as a homeowners association as defined under section 528 of the internal revenue code.
