Building Corporation of Delta Chapter of Alpha Delta Pi

The corporation was organized and is operated to acquire, construct, hold title to, maintain, operate for the benefit of, and turn over any excess income therefrom to the members of Delta Chapter of Alpha Delta Pi, a national college sorority, a Chapter house in the vicinity of the university of Texas, Austin, Texas, to be used as a meeting place for the active and alumnae members of Delta Chapter of Alpha Delta Pi students at the university of Texas; to promote social, literary, andf other fine arts, and to encourage its members in educational pursuits.
