The big d Charity Horse Show, inc is organized to promote interest in exhibiting and showing of horses; to promote and sponsor exhibits, contests, programs, Horse shows, and other activities; and to promote and sponsor Horse shows for the showing of all types of horses. The orgnazation distributes its net receipts from its activities, contributions, and incidental investment income to organizations in the Dallas area that qualify as exempt organizations under irc 501(c)3 of the internal revenue code.
