National Athletic Equipment Reconditioners Association

The National Athletic Equipment reconditioning association is organized and operated exclusively for scientific research and development of techniques and devices for the repair, reconditioning, or restoration of Athletic Equipment to the original performance standard for use by the general public; promulgation of standards and techniques to test Athletic Equipment which has been repaired, reconditioned or restored for adherence to the original performance standards and to requirements promulgated by the National operating committee for standards in Athletic Equipment; the education of the general public of the state of the art in repair, reconditioning, restoration and recommended use of Athletic Equipment for the safe intended use to prevent, avoid or reduce injuries to participants in Athletic contests.
