The Concilio began as Dallas Concilio of hispanic service organizations and in 2010changed its name to the Concilio. Founded in 1981 to fill the role of collaborativepartner in response to the needs of an emerging hispanic population, the concilioeducated nonprofits and other agencies on effectively reaching this growingdemographic.
