Grapevine Mustang Football Booster Club

The Grapevine Mustang Football Booster Club (the "Booster Club") is organized exclusively for charitable purproses under section 501(c)(3) of the internal revenue code. Within the meaning of irc 501(c)(3), the Booster Club seeks (1) to simulate and sustain an enthusiastic interest among parents, Football players, the ghs student body, and members of the community in the ghs Football program; (2) to lend all possible support, financial, and non-financial to the activities of the ghs Football program within the guidelines specifiedby the Grapevine colleyville independent school district ("gcisd") board of education, the ghs atheltic director, the ghs Football coaching staff and university interscholastic league guidelines and regulations (3) to participate (in cooperation with the ghs atheltic director, the ghs head Football coach, or his designated staff member(s)) in activities designed or conducted to promote the ghs Football program.
