Potosi Volunteer Fire Department

The service boundaries include the city limits of abilene, Texas on the north, the taylor county line on the east, us 83/84 on the west, and the hills south of abilene, Texas on the south. The service area is also described as taylor county esn 131, under the abilene/taylor county Texas 911 district. The Potosi Volunteer Fire Department, inc, is staffed by volunteers who live in and directly adjacent to the response service area. The organization is available 24 hours each day, 365 days per year.
